Our research focuses on the structural characterisation of macromolecular assemblies (like ribosomes), and viruses that are a current public health risk (like HIV, Influenza, herpesviruses and bunyaviruses), using cryo-electron microscopy, combined with other structural approaches. We are interested in imaging virally infected disease models using electron microscopy.
