High Resolution Imaging workshop
The Leeds Centre for Disease Models are excited to host a workshop on imaging methodologies for organoids and disease models on the 30th of May 10-12 AM in the Bragg Building GR.25.
The first session describes the new Stellaris Coherent Raman Scattering microscope in the Wolfson Imaging Facility that can perform label-free video-rate imaging of subcellular components. We will talk about potential applications for organoid and disease model imaging.
The second session will cover various fluorescence microscopies that we have inte the University and how they are being applied to image organoids and disease models. This includes Confocal/Airyscan/Light-sheet/Super-resolution microscopy.
Finally, we will have a discussion about limitations, needs and opportunities within the Leeds microscopic imaging community.
If interested in joining, please e-mail [email protected] or [email protected] and we will send you an invitation. There will be coffee served during the workshop.
