Dr. Samuel Lara Reyna’s research focuses on immunometabolic pathways in immune-mediated inflammatory diseases, particularly the roles of macrophages and neutrophils. His work integrates metabolic tracer analysis with mass spectrometry (LC-MS) to uncover novel inflammatory mechanisms. He also investigates the impact of somatic mutations on autoinflammatory disorders and is actively involved in studying inflammatory signalling pathways.
